Terms of Service for AC1D Development

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
By using VRC-GM (“the Service”), operated by Acid Development (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description
VRC-GM provides analytic dashboards, moderation tools, and performance statistics for VRChat groups. The Service is not affiliated with VRChat and relies on the VRChat API, which may have limitations or downtime. While we strive to provide near 100% uptime by hosting in a data center, uptime is not guaranteed.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

  • The VRC-GM subscription is priced at $20 per month and are processed through Ko-fi via Stripe.
  • Each subscription is tied to a single VRChat group and one user. You may contact @acid.ra1n on Discord or email [email protected] to request adding a maximum of one additional user for the same group.
  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service.
  • You must be an owner or co-owner of the associated VRChat group.
  • You agree not to use the Service for illegal or harmful activities, reverse engineering, tampering, malicious data exporting, or using web crawlers/bots to extract data.

5. Data Ownership and Removal

  • Acid Development retains all rights to the VRC-GM service and its content.
  • All group data will be removed from the Service 7 days after cancellation. You may contact @acid.ra1n on Discord or email [email protected] to request an export of your data before it is removed.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or damages arising from the use of the Service.
  • We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party services, including but not limited to the VRChat API, Digital Ocean, or other hosting providers.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from the use of VRC-GM will be resolved through binding arbitration in Nevada, USA.
  • You waive your right to pursue disputes in court, including class-action lawsuits.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the state of Nevada.

10. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any user or group at our sole discretion.
