1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by Ac1d Development ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services. These Terms apply to all users, subscribers, and visitors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms you represent that you meet this requirement.

Our services are not available to residents of the European Union or the United Kingdom. By using our services you confirm you are not accessing them from within those jurisdictions.

3. Description of Services

Ac1d Development provides software tools and data services for the VRChat platform, including but not limited to VRC WatchDog, VRC DataDog, VRC Inviter, and VRC Discord. Services may be offered on a free or paid subscription basis. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change at our discretion with reasonable notice.

4. Accounts & Subscriptions

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Paid subscriptions are billed on the cycle selected at signup. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds are issued unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or VRChat's own Terms of Service.
• Harass, harm, or threaten any individual or group.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our services without prior written permission.
• Introduce malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise interfere with our infrastructure.
• Collect or scrape data beyond what is explicitly provided through our service interface.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, documentation, and content associated with Ac1d Development are our exclusive property or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services as described herein for your own personal or organizational purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services interact with third-party platforms including VRChat and Discord. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those platforms. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not liable for any disruption to our services caused by changes to third-party APIs or policies.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee that data collected through WatchDog or DataDog will be complete, accurate, or uninterrupted. VRChat API access is dependent on factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ac1d Development and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total cumulative liability exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ac1d Development and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada.

You waive any objection to venue in such courts and agree not to bring any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
